D'banj gets a nod at the MTV Europe Music Awards 2007:
D'Banj has become the third Nigerian artiste to be nominated for the MTV Europe music awards. His nomination for Best African Act comes a few days after he lost a MOBO prize to compatriot 2face. D'Banj is up against Ghana's Batman Samini, Uganda's Chameleone, Kenya 's Jua Cali and South Africa 's HHP for the award, is scheduled to hold in Germany on the 1st of November. Coming as a follow up to their sophmore album-Expressions, Styl-Plus is back in the studio recording tracks in order to put out a new album. A name for this album has not been decided yet.I personally luvd their last effort and some songs on that last album, but it wasnt as big as i expected especially with the not so good videos...dat didnt help...oh well! lookin 4ward 2 the boys nxt attempt!
