If you havent heard of Tosan Jemide, then you have officially been living under a rock! Celebrity baker and cake artist, Tosan Jemide of Le Saison : Cakes by Tosan is a graduate of sociology from the University of Ibadan. Tosan’s flair for the kitchen was aroused after he spent four years in England, honing his cake decorating skills. He has worked with Gloriettes of Knightsbridge, suppliers of specialty cakes to major high street shops like Harrods, Selfridges and Harvey Nichols.
